SHELF COMPANIES

We also offer our Clients the opportunity to purchase shares in shelf companies (ready made companies, vintage companies). These are companies previously registered for resale. Such companies in the period from their formation and prior to the acquisition by the Client do not conduct any business activity. Companies meet all legal requirements required to start a business (including registration as an active VAT payer). Acquisition of a ready-made company makes it possible to start a business on the day of acquisition, which reduces the waiting time by up to a few weeks.
