Who can register trademark in Poland | As a rule, Trademark in Poland can be registered by both Polish and foreign entities (natural person/legal person). As far as foreigners are concerned, they are entitled to register trademarks in Poland under international agreements, such as TRIPS, Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property, which was ratified by most countries. Foreign parties from countries outside EU and EEA in proceedings regarding trade mark registration need to be represented by Polish patent attorney, advocate or attorney at law. |
