LF LEGAL provides legal assistance to entrepreneurs with entering Polish market and conducting business activity in Poland.
Founding partner of LF LEGAL is Łukasz Foligowski - attorney at law. He graduated law studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Cracow, as well as Postgraduate Studies in International Tax Strategies of the Warsaw School of Economics. He completed attorney at law apprenticeship in Warsaw Bar Association. After passing the national professional exam, he obtained the title of attorney at law and membership in Warsaw Bar Association.
We specialize in particular in company law (including company formation, shelf companies, M&A, crossborder mergers), business law, commercial contract law, international tax law, administrative law, intellectual property law and fintech law.
We offer dedicated solutions to entrepreneurs operating in specific industries and sectors, such as: IT, fintech, cryptocurrency exchange, employment agencies, transport and freight forwarding, import and export, foreign companies employing Polish qualified personnel.
Our services include in particular: advising on choosing the appropriate legal and tax form and structure of conducting activity in Poland, registration of companies, branches, representative offices, sale of ready-made companies, preparation of legal documentation related to the activities (agreements, regulations, procedures, RODO and AML documentation, etc.).
LF LEGAL operates on the market since 2017. We have a wide range of experience in the area of our fields of expertise. We have registered companies and branches and provided ready-made companies for clients from dozens of different countries all over the world. We have carried out mergers and transformations of companies, including cross-border mergers of Polish companies with foreign ones. We have been providing legal assistance to foreign companies entering Polish market, among others to: IT companies, companies involved in international trade, startups launching various types of apps, fintechs, cryptocurrency exchanges, employment agencies and recruitment companies, transport and forwarding companies, companies selling food and dietary supplements and others.
LF LEGAL founding partner – Łukasz Foligowski, has been gaining his experience since 2012 working for law firms, consulting firms and as in-house lawyer. He established LF LEGAL in 2017.
